Important note regarding our supplementary feed for dogs and cats
Please note that our products were developed exclusively to supplement the diet of dogs and cats. They are not intended to treat or cure illnesses and are in no way a substitute for consulting a veterinarian. A balanced and species-appropriate diet is the basis for the health of the animal and is not replaced by our supplementary feed. Products not specifically labeled for puppies are intended exclusively for feeding adult animals. Store in a cool, dry, and light-protected place out of reach of children. The recommended daily dose of the supplemental feed must be strictly adhered to.
Instructions for use in cases of existing medical conditions
If your pet already suffers from organic diseases (e.g., thyroid disease, autoimmune diseases, allergies, epilepsy, etc.) or is taking medication for such a condition, it is strongly recommended to consult a veterinarian before administering supplemental feed. The information we provide does not include statements regarding the use of medications, their side effects, or interactions. Furthermore, we cannot offer additional advice on veterinary diagnoses. In these cases, a veterinary consultation is essential.
Information on the duration of use of supplementary feed
It is important to note that supplementary feed needs time to develop its full effect in the animal's organism.
Individual response times: The time at which the first positive changes become visible can vary from individual to individual and depends on various factors, such as the type of product, the specific needs of the animal, and the duration of use.
Patience and consistency are important: As a rule, consistent use over a period of several weeks to several months is recommended to achieve the best possible results. A short-term effect within a few days is not to be expected in most cases.
Long-term support: Supplementary feeds are designed to support the well-being and natural body functions of the animal in the long term.
Holistic approach: For optimal effectiveness, it is important to always combine the administration of supplementary feeds with a balanced and species-appropriate diet and a healthy lifestyle for the animal. They serve as a valuable supplement, but do not replace a complete diet or veterinary treatment.
Important note: If no positive changes are observed after a reasonable period of time, or if the animal's condition worsens, it is recommended to consult a veterinarian to determine the cause and discuss further steps if necessary.
Pain medication - Please note!
Before administering pain medication, it is essential to consult a veterinarian. The unintentional administration of pain medications such as acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin), paracetamol, or ibuprofen can cause toxic effects in dogs and should be avoided at all costs. Overdose or improper use can have serious health consequences for the dog. It is therefore essential to consult a veterinarian beforehand to determine the appropriate painkiller and the correct dosage for the animal.to be determined.
Medication Interactions
If a dog is receiving veterinary-prescribed medication for an illness and there is a concern about possible interactions with supplementary feed, the following should be considered:
The likelihood of interactions depends heavily on the medication in question. It is important to distinguish between possible interactions and the potential side effects of the medication itself. Interactions tend to occur more frequently with chemical medications. They are less common in connection with supplementary feed, but cannot be completely ruled out.
Therefore, our urgent advice: Before using supplementary feed in combination with veterinary-prescribed medications, you should always consult your veterinarian. They can assess the specific situation and evaluate possible risks or interactions.
Color and Consistency of Our Products
Since our supplements are purely natural products, color and consistency may be subject to natural variations. These differences are due to factors such as light exposure during growth, the respective growth period, the season of harvest, and the drying process.
Natural Variation: Variations in color and consistency from batch to batch are normal and a sign of the naturalness of the ingredients.
No loss of quality: These visual differences have no influence on the high quality and effectiveness of our products.
Trust in naturalness: You can rely on the fact that the valuable ingredients and their positive properties are contained equally in every batch.
Important note on the feed check
A feed check does not include individual nutritional advice with the creation of a feeding plan. The information provided as part of the feed check does not constitute a diagnosis, therapy, or treatment. It is intended solely to check the feed and provide a general feeding recommendation.
The client remains responsible for their own animal (dog/cat) at all times. The nutritionist assumes no liability for negative effects or undesirable side effects that arise in connection with the information provided and the feeding recommendation.
The client is advised that a feed check cannot replace veterinary consultation or treatment. Pre-existing medical conditions and/or the use of medication cannot be taken into account as part of the feed check. The nutritionist is not liable for any damages. Errors and omissions excepted.
DHL Delivery Service
Dear Customer,
According to DHL and Deutsche Post, the delivery time within Germany is 2 to 5 days. Within the EU, 4 to 12 days, and to other countries, up to 14 days. These are guidelines; the final delivery time is the responsibility of the parcel delivery service DHL, and abroad, the respective DHL partner.
After handover to DHL, a tracking number will be sent by email. The tracking link will be sent by email between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the day of shipment. Please check your email address if necessary. Check your spam folder.
If an order cannot be delivered by DHL or its partners abroad, it is usually returned to us. Possible reasons for this can be found on the following website: https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/hilfe-kundenservice.html
Unless the buyer made an error, such as providing an incorrect delivery address or no alternative drop-off location, or if the package was not picked up from the post office within 7 days, we will resend the order at our expense.
If the buyer makes an obvious mistake (e.g., incorrect delivery address provided, missing, etc.), we will charge €5.90 shipping costs plus a €1.00 handling fee for redelivery within Germany. For redelivery outside of Germany, we charge shipping costs based on the zone plus a €2.00 handling fee. These costs also apply to each subsequent delivery attempt.
If the order was left with a neighbor, you will usually find the information in the tracking information. But even without a notification from the delivery person, it doesn't hurt to ask the neighbors. If DHL has delivered the order to the buyer's address and the corresponding note appears in the tracking information, but the delivery has not been received, you should check whether an alternative drop-off location has been registered with DHL. If payment has been received in full and recorded with us, we will hand over the delivery to DHL one business day after the order or receipt of payment. If payment is received by 1:00 PM, we will ship the order on the same business day.
Further shipping information: There must be a doorbell with the recipient's name on it. If, for example, only the name of the partner is on the doorbell, the delivery address must be addressed accordingly.
If the package is to be delivered to the workplace, please be sure to include the company name in the delivery address. Without the company name, the package cannot usually be delivered.
