Shipping via DHL and Deutsche Post:
- According to DHL and Deutsche Post, the delivery time within Germany is generally two to five working days.
- Delivery to a DHL Packstation is also possible.
Deliveries to Switzerland
For orders from Switzerland, a German delivery address is required (e.g., a border parcel service or a collection station). Direct shipping to Switzerland is currently not possible.

Info: When ordering multiple items and/or product sets that include an item currently out of stock, they will only be shipped together once all products are available again. This reduces packaging waste, CO2, and thus protects our environment.

According to DHL and Deutsche Post, the delivery time within Germany is 2 to 5 days. Within the EU 4 to 12 days, and to other countries up to 14 days. These are guidelines; the package delivery service DHL and the respective DHL partner abroad are responsible for the final delivery time.
After handover to DHL, a tracking notification will be sent via email. The tracking link will be sent by email between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the shipping day. Please check your spam folder if necessary.
If an order cannot be delivered by DHL or their partner abroad, it is generally returned to us. Customers are informed about this via the tracking. Possible reasons for this can be found on the following website: https://www.dhl.de/en/privatkunden/hilfe-kundenservice.html
Provided there is no fault on the buyer's part, such as an incorrect delivery address or no alternative drop-off location being specified, or the package not being collected from the post office within 7 days, we will send the order **once** more at our expense.
If there is an obvious fault on the buyer's part (e.g., incorrect delivery address provided, not present, etc.), we charge €5.90 shipping costs plus a €1.00 flat rate for renewed delivery within Germany. For renewed delivery outside Germany, we charge shipping costs according to the zone plus a €1.00 flat rate fee. These costs also apply to every further delivery attempt.
If the package was delivered to a neighbor, the note is usually found in the tracking information. However, even without a note from the delivery person, it doesn't hurt to ask the neighbors. If DHL has delivered the order to the buyer's address and the corresponding note is in the tracking information, but the delivery has not been received, you should check if an alternative drop-off location has been stored with DHL, and if necessary, please speak to the courier.
We hand over the delivery to DHL one working day after the order or payment receipt, provided the payment is complete and booked with us. If the payment is received by 1:00 PM, we ship the order on the same working day.
Further shipping information: A doorbell sign with the addressee's name must exist. If, for example, only the name of the partner is on the doorbell sign, the delivery address must be addressed accordingly.
If the package is to be delivered to the workplace, the company name MUST be specified in the delivery address. Without the company name, the package can usually NOT be delivered.
