Return Information

According to German legal regulations, you as a customer have a 14-day right of return when you make a purchase in our online shop. This means that you have the option of withdrawing from the purchase contract and returning the products to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This period is also sufficient to determine whether the pet accepts the product.

Note on already opened products:

Please note that your statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase expires prematurely if you open sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene after they have been delivered by us were.

Return of product and value packs:

If you want to return a product or savings set, please make sure that the entire set is complete and sealed. The exercise of the statutory consumer right of withdrawal only with regard to individual components of orders is not possible ;like. We only cover the return costs in the event of incorrect deliveries on our part and for products demonstrably damaged by DHL.

Return form:

To initiate a return, please fill out the return form and send it to us. We will contact you as soon as possible to process the return.

As soon as we have received the return, we will check it for completeness and integrity. If everything is in order, we will refund the corresponding amount to the payment method used for the order within 14 working days. Shipping costs already incurred will not be refunded. Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange, but a refund will be made.
