Sustainability, resource conservation and environmental protection are core values for us. To achieve our environmental and energy goals, we consciously follow numerous paths: sustainable production and an environmentally conscious and efficient use of resources are a matter of course for us, also in our private lives.
We are aware of our responsibility and choose natural quality throughout when selecting our raw materials. Whenever possible, we use raw materials from sustainable cultivation and species-appropriate breeding. We deliberately avoid genetic engineering, preservatives, flavourings and flavour enhancers.
We also guarantee in this context that protected animal species are not used in the manufacture of our products under any circumstances. We categorically reject animal testing in general!
We use eco-electricity for the production of our products, in the offices of our branches and also privately. The newly built distribution centre uses a photovoltaic system on 60,000 m² of roof area, as well as integrated rainwater retention basins, which also contribute to significantly increased flood protection.
Climate protection as a central global task is important in order to reduce impending dangers to people and nature. Climate change is one of our greatest challenges and is progressing relentlessly: greenhouse gas emissions are steadily increasing worldwide. We all need to take action!
